Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

FanzPro does not sell your personal information for money and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use first-party attribution (URL parameters and localStorage — not cookies) to credit fan affiliates for referred sales, and we share limited data with the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy solely to operate the service.

If you are a California resident you can request that we:

• Disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you.
• Delete personal information we hold about you (subject to legal retention exceptions, including 7-year retention of financial records).
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information.
• Opt out of any future sale or share (even though we don't currently do either).

Email privacy@fanzpro.com from the address associated with your FanzPro account, or use our contact form. We will verify your identity, confirm receipt within 10 business days, and respond within 45 days.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
