Terms of Use

By accessing and using FanzPro ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

FanzPro is a marketplace platform that facilitates connections between artists, talent agents, managers, brand sponsors, and affiliate marketers. We provide the technology infrastructure but do not directly participate in, control, or guarantee any transactions or business relationships formed through the Platform.

Users of the Platform agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
• Respect intellectual property rights of others
• Not spam, harass, or abuse other users

Affiliates using the Platform must:

• Disclose their affiliate relationships in accordance with FTC guidelines
• Not make false or misleading claims about artists or events
• Not engage in click fraud or artificial traffic generation
• Follow brand guidelines provided by artists and managers

FanzPro is not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from transactions or relationships formed through the Platform. All business relationships and transactions are between users themselves. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of content posted by users.

Commission rates and payment terms are set by individual artists/agents. FanzPro's standard platform fee is 10% on all transactions. As a launch-only early-adopter reward, the first 100 verified artists ("Founding 100") pay just 2.5% for their first 6 months and then 5% for life on every FanzPro-attributed sale. Once the 100 spots are claimed the program closes and standard 10% pricing applies to new joiners. Payments are processed through our payment partner and are subject to verification and a 30-day hold period to account for refunds.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities. Users may terminate their accounts at any time, subject to completion of outstanding transactions.

FanzPro reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
