Recruiter Agreement

What you agree to when you recruit artists to FanzPro and earn bounties on the artists you bring in.

    How you earn

    • A bounty for each artist you bring in

When an artist signs up through your personal recruiting link and finishes setting up, that artist is credited to you. Credit is based on the link they used — not on who spoke to them first.

    • $50 the first time they earn

The first time a recruited artist pays for a subscription, and the first time they make a sale, you earn a $50 bonus for that milestone. Each milestone pays once per artist.

    • Your share grows with your tier

Beyond the bonuses you receive a share of FanzPro's platform fee on your artists' sales, set by your recruiter tier. Higher tiers carry a larger share and a higher total bounty cap per artist. Your current tier and cap are shown in your Recruiter Portal, and tiers are reviewed as your total credited earnings grow.

    • Earnings stop at the bounty cap

Each artist carries a bounty cap. Once your credited earnings for that artist reach the cap, that bounty closes and no further amounts are credited for them.

    When you get paid

    • 30-day holding period

Every bounty and bonus is held for 30 days after the event that earned it. During that window it shows as pending and is not withdrawable.

    • $50 payout minimum

Once held amounts mature, they become withdrawable when your available balance reaches $50. Below that, the balance simply carries forward.

    • Reversals and clawbacks

If a sale is refunded, charged back, cancelled, or found to be fraudulent, the amount it earned is reversed. If it has already been paid out, it is deducted from future earnings.

    • Tax details before payment

Before your first payout you must complete identity verification and provide a valid tax form (W-9 for US recruiters). Payments are not released until those are on file.

    Who can take part

    • One account, one person

You must be at least 18 and act as yourself or on behalf of a business you are authorised to represent. One recruiter account per person — duplicate or shared accounts are closed.

    • You are independent

You are an independent participant, not a FanzPro employee, agent, or spokesperson. You may not sign agreements, make promises, or negotiate terms on FanzPro's behalf.

    • Artists you already represent

You may recruit artists you manage or book, but you must tell them you earn a recruiting bounty. You may not recruit yourself, an account you control, or a household member's account.

    • Either side can end this

You can stop recruiting at any time. FanzPro can close a recruiter account at any time. Earnings already matured and clean stay yours; pending amounts tied to disputed activity may be withheld pending review.

    Playing fair

    • No fake or incentivised signups

Every artist you recruit must be a real, independent person who chose to join. Creating accounts, paying people to sign up, or splitting your bounty with the artist voids the bounty.

    • No spam or impersonation

No mass-messaging people who never asked to hear from you, no bought or scraped email lists, and no presenting yourself as FanzPro staff, an artist, or their team. Emailing your own contacts is fine — the daily send limit in your portal applies.

    • No paid search on FanzPro's name

Don't buy ads bidding on "FanzPro" or close variations, and don't run pages, apps, or profiles designed to look like official FanzPro properties.

    • Honest claims only

Describe the programme as it is. No guaranteed-income claims, invented figures, or promises about features or payouts that FanzPro has not published.

    • What happens if rules are broken

We review suspicious signups and sales. Where activity breaks these rules we may void the affected bounties, withhold pending amounts, reverse paid amounts, and close the recruiter account.

Version 1. If this agreement materially changes, we'll ask you to read and accept the new version before you keep recruiting. See also our general terms.
