Setup tutorial

Sell merch and tickets through your fans.

Connect a print-on-demand partner, then plug in ticket sales. Your fans share unique links and earn a cut on every sale.

    Part A

    Merch via print-on-demand

No inventory, no storefront. Connect a POD partner that already holds your designs and FanzPro turns the catalog into shareable fan links.

    Supported partners

Click a partner to open the page where you'll generate the API token.

    1. 1

Open the Merch tab in your Artist Portal

Sign in, head to Artist Portal → Merch. You'll see a card for Print-on-Demand partners.

    2. 2

      Pick a print-on-demand partner

Printful, Printify, Spring, or Gelato — choose whichever already holds your designs (or sign up free; you only pay when an item sells).

    3. 3

      Paste your API token

Each provider exposes an API key in their account settings. Use the links below to jump straight to the right page.

    4. 4

      Sync your catalog

FanzPro pulls in product names, images, prices, and variants. Inventory stays managed in your provider's dashboard.

    5. 5

      Set commissions and go live

Default fan commission is 15% — adjust 0–50% per product. Toggle products active and your fans can start sharing ?ref= links.

    Part B

    Ticket sales with fan attribution

Keep your existing ticketing platform. FanzPro listens for paid orders via webhook and credits the fan whose link drove the sale.

    Supported ticketing platforms

Click a platform for its API / webhook docs.

    1. 1

      Add your tour dates

Artist Portal → Tour. Enter shows manually or import from a supported ticketing platform.

    2. 2

      Pick your ticketing platform

FanzPro normalizes conversions from the platforms below — no rebuilding your ticketing stack required.

    3. 3

      Hook up the webhook

Copy the FanzPro webhook URL into your ticketing platform's webhook settings so paid orders fire back to FanzPro with the ?ref= code attached.

    4. 4

      Affiliate links generate per show

Each tour date gets a shareable Buy Tickets link. Fan commissions default to 8–12% depending on platform and tier.

    5. 5

      Track conversions in real time

Sales show up in your Artist Portal earnings dashboard as soon as the webhook fires. Payouts mature after a 30-day return window.

    Already use webhooks?

    Heads up

    Gaps and gotchas

    Ticketing is webhook-based

Open Artist Portal → Tour and add a platform. We generate a per-artist webhook URL and secret you paste into Eventbrite, Ticketmaster, DICE, See Tickets, Eventix, or Universe. Use 'Send test' to confirm it landed.

    Open ticketing connector

    Per-item commission on POD

Some POD providers expose richer product metadata than others. Where per-item rates aren't yet editable, FanzPro applies your artist-level default commission instead.

Non-technical artists may need help with webhooks

If a promoter controls your ticketing account, forward them the webhook URL and our setup page — they can paste it in under a minute.

    Some flows require sign-in first

Clicking 'Open Artist Portal' will bounce you through /auth if you're not signed in. That's expected.

    Ready when you are.
